Robotic welding – the cell of many options RoboFlex, the Fanuc type is considered to be the robotic cell of choice for many options, and allows welding by various procedures – MIG/MAG, TIG.
RoboFlex Basic is a robotic welding cell for every pocket. It consists of a robot, a robot control unit and all the necessary welding equipment. It is mounted on a compact base that allows easy transport by forklift. The welding cell allows for a very simple use of additional modules (e.g. positioners) to extend the welding robot usability.
RoboFlex Advanced is a robotic welding cell, extended with additional modules. The latter can be fitted to any of the three attachment points on the RoboFlex Basic version. Extension is possible by three modules at the same time, or four external robot axes.
Manual rotatable module – welding of less complex elements, clamped in clamping devices.
Vertical single-axis servo module – welding of less complex elements.
Horizontal single-axis servo module – ensures the fastest changing of clamping tools
Biaxial servo module – allows maximum flexibility at welding.
